「燎若的龍村3 圖鑑攻略站」（https://dv3.liowoir.cc，以下稱「本站」）由燎若 Liowoir 個人經營，是《龍村3》（Dragon Village 3）的非官方、非商業粉絲資料庫，與 Highbrow Inc. 無隸屬關係。本政策說明本站處理哪些資料、用途、保存方式，以及你的權利。
本站把你的設定與紀錄存在你自己的瀏覽器（localStorage）裡，只在你的裝置上使用：

dv3p cookie 會隨連線送到本站伺服器，但本站伺服器目前不讀取、也不保存它。你可以隨時在瀏覽器設定中清除本站的網站資料來刪除以上全部內容。
本站使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 統計瀏覽量。它不使用 cookie、不建立個人檔案，只收集彙總資料，例如頁面瀏覽次數、來源網站、國家或地區、瀏覽器與裝置類型。
另外，本站會統計網站功能的使用次數，用來決定網站往哪個方向改善：在每個頁面停留的時間、點了哪些按鈕與分頁、開啟了哪些龍或寶珠的詳細資料、使用的顯示語言與裝置類型（手機或電腦）。這些資料只記錄「某個功能被使用了幾次」，在離開頁面時一次送出，伺服器上只存每天的總次數，不記錄 IP 位址、帳號、瀏覽器識別碼，也不寫入任何瀏覽器儲存或 cookie，無法用來辨識或追蹤個人；你在搜尋框輸入的文字不會被記錄。統計資料保存 180 天後刪除。
本站架設在 Cloudflare Pages。Cloudflare 為了傳送網頁與防禦攻擊，會處理你的 IP 位址等連線資訊，詳見 Cloudflare 隱私權政策。
只有在你主動使用「回報」功能送出時，以下資料會以貼文形式送到站長管理的 Discord 伺服器，用來修正資料與改善網站：
回報論壇：回報的內容、分類、送出時間、處理狀態，以及站長的回覆，會匿名公開在本站的回報論壇頁面，讓其他使用者也看得到問題的處理情形。論壇上不顯示回報者的身分、帳號或瀏覽器識別碼，也不顯示頁面網址、網站版本與瀏覽器資訊。送出回報時可以選擇不公開到論壇；站長也可將個別回報設為不公開。若你希望已送出的回報不公開或刪除，請透過「回報」功能告知。
送出前會經過 Cloudflare Turnstile 人機驗證。你的 IP 位址只用於防洗版限制（同一個 IP 60 秒內只收一則），不另外保存。請不要在回報內容中填寫個人資料。
回報的回覆：為了把站長的回覆送回給你，本站會記錄「這則回報是誰送出的」與 Discord 貼文編號，Discord 貼文上不顯示你的身分。登入時以帳號識別碼記錄；沒有登入時，網頁會在你的瀏覽器存一個隨機識別碼（dv3_fb），伺服器只保存它經過雜湊的值，無法反推出原值，也不含任何身分資料。站長以 Discord 的「回覆」功能回應你的回報貼文時，那則回覆會存入本站的 Cloudflare 資料庫，並顯示在本站的回報視窗裡。這些記錄與回覆保存 30 天後自動刪除；你也可以在回報視窗按「刪除這個瀏覽器的回報記錄」立即刪除（登入的帳號則用「刪除雲端資料」）。清除瀏覽器資料後，這個瀏覽器就無法再取回先前回報的回覆。
論壇留言：登入後可以在回報論壇的公開回報底下留言、附上圖片、檢舉其他留言。
登入是選用功能，用途是：讓你在不同裝置之間同步第 1 節的紀錄，以及收到站長對你的回報的回覆（見第 4 節）。
本站使用從 Google API 取得的資訊時，會遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其中的「有限使用」規定。
本站全程使用 HTTPS 加密連線。伺服器所用的金鑰與密鑰只存放在主機的加密環境變數中，不會出現在網頁或原始碼裡。
本站不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。
本政策更新時，會修改本頁上方的生效日期；重大變更會同時記在網站的更新紀錄中。

“Liowoir's DV3 Book” (https://dv3.liowoir.cc, “the Site”) is run by Liowoir as an individual. It is an unofficial, non-commercial fan database for Dragon Village 3 and is not affiliated with Highbrow Inc. This policy explains what data the Site handles, why, how it is stored, and your rights.
Your settings and records are kept in your own browser (localStorage) and used only on your device:

The dv3p cookie is sent to the Site's server with each request, but the server currently neither reads nor stores it. You can delete all of the above at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and builds no personal profiles; it collects only aggregated data such as page views, referring sites, country or region, and browser and device type.
The Site also counts how often its features are used, to decide where to improve: time spent on each page, which buttons and tabs are clicked, which dragon or orb details are opened, and the display language and device type (phone or computer). Only "how many times a feature was used" is recorded; it is sent once when you leave a page, and the server keeps only daily totals. No IP address, account, or browser identifier is recorded, nothing is written to browser storage or cookies, and the data cannot identify or track individuals; text you type into search boxes is not recorded. These statistics are deleted after 180 days.
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Only when you choose to send feedback, the following is posted to a Discord server managed by the Site's owner, to fix data and improve the Site:
Feedback board: the text, category, time sent and status of each report, together with the owner's replies, are shown anonymously on the Site's feedback board so other users can see how issues are handled. The board does not show who sent a report, their account or browser identifier, or the page URL, Site version and browser information. You can choose not to publish a report on the board when you send it, and the owner can hide individual reports. If you want a report you already sent hidden or deleted, tell us through the feedback form.
Submissions pass a Cloudflare Turnstile check first. Your IP address is used only for rate limiting (one message per IP per 60 seconds) and is not stored. Please do not include personal information in your feedback.
Replies to your feedback: to send the owner's replies back to you, the Site records who sent each report together with the Discord post ID; your identity is not shown on the Discord post. When signed in, this is your account ID. When not signed in, the page stores a random identifier in your browser (dv3_fb) and the server keeps only a hashed value of it, which cannot be turned back into the original and contains no identity data. When the owner answers your post with Discord's "Reply" feature, that reply is stored in the Site's Cloudflare database and shown in the Site's feedback window. These records and replies are deleted automatically after 30 days; you can also delete them at once with "Delete this browser's feedback records" in the feedback window (or "Delete cloud data" for a signed-in account). If you clear your browser data, this browser can no longer retrieve replies to earlier reports.
Board comments: when signed in, you can comment under public reports on the feedback board, attach images, and report other comments.
Sign-in is optional. It is used to sync the records in Section 1 across your devices and to deliver the owner's replies to your feedback (see Section 4).
The Site's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
All connections use HTTPS. Server keys and secrets are kept only in the host's encrypted environment variables and never appear in web pages or source code.
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
When this policy changes, the effective date above is updated; significant changes are also noted in the Site's changelog.
